Business Development Manager
Principali responsabilità
Il/la candidato/a avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

  • He/she will report to the Global Sales Director and will be responsible for the identification of new customers and serving of both existing and new customers by selling micro-molecular treatment processes and meeting customer needs;
  • Responsible for discovery of sales opportunities in USA, Japan and Asia Pacific Countries in general;
  • Integrates and develops processes that meet business needs across the organization;
  • Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements, solving issues that affect the next twelve months and beyond;
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the region in accordance with the company strategy and in collaboration with the Global Sales Director;
  • Prepare action plans for each customer based on strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the territory;
  • Establish and attain sales goals for handled foreign territories, identifying opportunities to improve existing business and new business development;
  • Support general marketing activities and share industry information and customer feedback.

Candidato ideale
Il/la candidato/a avrà i seguenti requisiti:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy; CTF; Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preferably between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Active Ingredients (API's) sector or Pharmaceutical Industry. International business experience in a sales position will be considered a plus
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in Italian and English
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration and presentation skills and ability to implement initiatives within the team and company as well as customers
  • Self-driven, committed, results oriented,  hands on approach, can work independently
